HIT PILATES – FAST, FURIOUS, EFFECTIVE

It might only last 30 minutes, but a HIT Pilates workout is one of the best ways to burn fat, tone muscle and get into great shape. Plus, it’s easy to fit into your daily routine and you’ll feel fantastic afterwards!

What we’ll do

Pushing your heart rate to the max each and every session, you’ll burn calories left, right and centre with a diverse selection of bodyweight exercises split into 5 different sections. Each section features three, 30 seconds bursts of high intensity. But instead of just stopping to rest in between each burst, you’ll perform 30 seconds of active rest by doing Pilates exercises.

This active rest means you’ll continue to burn fat at a higher rate than other workouts, as well as focusing on a strengthened core - and all the benefits that come with it! Don’t worry too much about the intensity; you can go at your own pace and alternative exercises will provided for those who need it. Just make sure you keep good form to avoid any injury.

Come along to Siddington Village Hall every Thursday at 6pm, and the endorphins you release will leave you feeling great for the rest of the day. You may even continue to burn fat for up to 24 hours afterwards too!
