CIRCUIT TRAINING – A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT

You could argue that the classics are the best, and circuit training is no exception. With a combination of different exercises to target every part of your body, this hour long workout will keep your training varied and prevent boredom from setting in.

What we’ll do

Each week our circuit will change to keep your workouts as varied as possible, challenging every muscle group in your body - including those ones you never knew you had. This isn’t a monotonous run on the treadmill!

We’ll use both body weight and equipment across a number of different stations, helping to build up your aerobic endurance, muscular fitness and muscular strength. Your arms, legs, core and heart will get a great workout, along with everything in between.
